Standard Shipping Fee: FREE Shipping on ALL US orders (No minimum purchase required).

Order Cut-off Time:

5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) - Monday through Friday.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Total estimated delivery time consists of Handling Time plus Transit Time:

Stage Estimated Time:

Handling / Processing Time: 1 – 3 Business Days

Transit / Delivery Time: 6 – 8 Business Days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 11 (Business Days)

Please Note: Delivery estimates are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Handling and shipping times begin after order confirmation. 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a Tracking Number and link to track your package in real-time.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s portal.

4. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. MARNS Trend is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the item.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it:

1. Check around your delivery area and with neighbors or building managers.

2. Contact your local carrier or postal service with your tracking number.

3. Reach out to our support team at support@marnstrend.store so we can assist you in filing a claim.
